1. Shipping:

Shipping is free.
Preparation and delivery times are 10-15 business days.
Shipping is handled by DHL, and you’ll receive the tracking number directly on WhatsApp 48-96 hours after order confirmation.

2. Payments:

You can pay with PayPal card or by bank transfer

Add the product to your cart, proceed to checkout, complete your shipping information, and choose your payment method. Once complete, follow the instructions you’ll receive in the email and after checkout to complete your order and stay updated with the help of our assistant on WhatsApp.

3. Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are available. The customer has 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.
